After almost 5 years on the Reformer, the pandemic motivated me to look for a way to continue practicing Pilates in a safe environment. Karen's classes are just what I needed! I appreciate the way she offers modifications for all levels, and how she varies her lessons from week to week. Since Karen can see me on her monitor, she can tell me when I need to change my gaze or position. I really feel that I'm getting the personal attention that I would in an in-person class.

I am so grateful for Karen Coffman’s Zoom Pilates class! She is gifted in clear articulation of the various Pilate moves as well as benefits the exercises provide. She combines the classes with doing these exercises with us as well as spending time watching us do various moves. I really have felt like I have better instruction through this zoom class than I ever did in a gym setting. She also willingly gives in person one on one instruction. She has a depth of knowledge and character. I could not recommend her highly enough ….. anyone will certainly learn and benefit from her class.

Karen Coffman’s Practicing Pilates is the best workout I have discovered. Having practiced on the reformer I wanted to add the challenge of the mat.
